Marco’s Bio

Little is known of Marco Ocram’s earliest life. At the age of ten he was found abandoned in a Detroit shopping mall; a note pinned to his anorak by his parents said he was threatening their sanity. A year later, having been re-abandoned in the same mall with an identical note from his foster parents, he was placed with his current Bronx mom, a woman with no sanity to threaten.

Ocram first gained public attention when his bold theories about a new fundamental particle- the tau muon- were popularised in a bestselling science book- The Tau Muon. He was coached by the controversial literary theorist Herbert Quarry to develop a revolutionary style of fiction in which the author writes without thinking, a technique to which Ocram was naturally suited. He became a household name when his untrue crime memoire The Awful Truth about the Herbert Quarry Affair became the fastest selling book in publishing history.

Ocram had been a gifted athlete, excelling at many- no, make that all- sports, until a middle-ear problem impaired his balance. At the top of the celebrity A-list, Marco lives in New York near his foster parents, still single notwithstanding his Bronx mom’s unrelenting efforts.
